I'm not eating much at all. But I thought that would have made me irritable and edgy, not depressed and sleepy.
Maybe it's the leftovers of being ill.

Give the antibiotics some time. Depending on which antibiotics, when the prescription runs out, and you're still really exhausted, you could check if your doctor thinks you could use a slightly longer course.
I got zithromax, which comes in a five-day package. Last year, I had somewhat the same thing I have now, and I recall that I needed a refill of the zithromax to recover.
A bad infection can take a while and lots of sleep before you're back to normal.
(This is my personal opinion, btw-nothing more.)

That's what I was given too. So far no symptoms are remaining.
I guess it could be life circumstances too, although it feels physical.
Honestly, although I dislike it in some ways, I'm eating almost nothing, am not hungry, and think that maybe I'll coast and see if I can lose some weight. It might be more important to my long term health than this is.

When I've had my infections, I've had a period afterward when the overt nasal/bronchial symptoms were gone, but I felt utterly exhausted, or wiped out. For me, it's usually turned out that I needed more anti-biotics.
So see how it goes. If it doesn't get better, you could revisit the question, cause sometimes that's how they go, and then they can start to get worse.
Hope that's not the case for you, though.
