I need your advice.. Iīll give my therapist a x-mas gift tomorrow, I also have a nice hand made postcard.. the question is: do you think itīs a good idea to give him a postcard together with the gift? if so.. what to write on it..
thanks in advance ;)

Of course! It's always nice to receive a personal message with a gift. Tell him how you feel ... share something from your heart. Or good wishes for the Holiday Season.

I hope you gave him the postcard along with your gift. How did it go? I still find gift giving anxiety producing as much as I like to show my appreciation this time of year.
I stumbled upon a signed copy of a book by my therapist's favorite author -- I figured even if he had it, this one would be special. As luck would have it, he didn't have this book and he loved it. Even though I've been struggling with my feelings about therapy again, giving him this gift felt right.
I hope you had the same experience.
